Term of Service

Please read before proceeding towards our service.
1. Briefs: A solid brief should be prepared before coming to our service, this is to lessen any misunderstandings. But if there's any uncertainity, this is our usual format:
> our main format on every videos are 1920 x 1080, 30fps
> main format for illustrations, graphic designs, and logos are 1080 x 1080 150dpi
2. Deadlines: The deadline of each project would be determined by agreements, and if there’s any delays on project ETA (including revisions), we would give out compensations accordingly. If there are projects with fast deadlines, extra charges will apply to the client.
3. Revisions: The limits for revisions, are 2 at max per project. If there's any additional revisions, there would be extra charges for each revisions, which is stated below this section
4. File Termination: Project files are only stored for 1 month from the date of the last revision on the designated project.
5. Commission rate: The commission rate will act as an estimated price for each service, where it might go up or down depending on the details after discussion.
6. Payments: Client would be required to send full payment upfront or a 50% payment as an initial payment.
7. Cancellations: The client may cancel the project, although the budget are non-refundable.
8. Limitation of Liability: Please ensure that the client has rights to the assets provided to us, our service will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by the projects such as copyright, bad engagements, and anything related to laws and regulations.
9. Intellectual Property:
The client retains ownership of any pre-existing materials provided for the project. The production house have rights to use projects, as means for advertising.
10. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties.

Major: 50% of the total budget
Minor: 10% of the total budget
